This roadmap provides a snapshot of the direction and development priorities for Experian's data quality solutions. Please note, all enhancements and timings are subject to change at our discretion.
Expanded GCP storage support enables file ingestion and dropzone monitoring for Google Cloud Storage, similar to existing AWS and Azure capabilities. Pushdown processing on Google BigQuery database.
Ability to support large‑scale catalog ingestion through workflows, including data transformation, standardization, and scheduled synchronization from multiple source systems.
Improvements to the Validate address step using a new Experian API that validates and standardizes up to 10k addresses per batch across 250+ countries.
Gain enhanced protection of data and secrets with support for Amazon AWS encryption and key management services. Support for other providers is planned, reach out for info.
Option to improve Workflow performance using the newer Graph engine built for Hosted deployments, enabling distributed processing for high data volume workloads.
Utilise GenAI natural language processing (NLP) models to translate human-language search requests into complex scripts and return detailed search results.
A centralized repository of metadata made up of systems (that make up your architecture), tables, and columns (created by importing metadata from the linked systems).
Collection of logical business data terms and their definition split into hierarchies to make them easier to understand, manage, and implement across the business. Shows the relationship between the logical and physical data structures.
Detection of Machine-to-Machine (M2M) phone numbers (e.g., phone numbers assigned to SIM cards in IoT devices, such as smart meters) will improve validation accuracy and expand use case coverage.
Normalize email addresses to create a consistent, canonical representation that ensures data integrity and prevents duplicate accounts when the email is used as an account name.
Enable bulk cleansing of address, email and phone data natively in Microsoft and Salesforce integrations via new Bulk Validation APIs.
