Before you create validation jobs, connect Bulk validation to an integration and provide an Email Validation API token.
Connect an integration
- In the Self Service Portal, select Bulk validation.
- Select Settings.
- On the Integrations tab, find the application you want to use and select Connect.
- Complete the connection steps for the application.
Klaviyo authorization warning
When you connect Bulk validation to Klaviyo, Klaviyo may display an App has not been reviewed warning. The warning explains that the app has not yet been reviewed by Klaviyo's partner team and recommends authorizing only apps from a trusted source.
This warning is expected while the Experian Bulk validation app is awaiting approval from Klaviyo. If you started the connection from Bulk validation in the Experian Self Service Portal, you can continue with the authorization. Do not authorize the app if you reached the Klaviyo authorization page from an unknown source.
After the application is connected, its status is shown on the Integrations tab. You can reconnect an application if the connection needs to be refreshed, or disconnect it when you no longer want Bulk validation to access it.
Add or change the API token
- In Bulk validation, select Settings.
- Select the Token tab.
- Enter an API token from a deployment with an active Email Validation license.
- Select Edit token.
You must provide a valid token and connect at least one integration before the Create new job button is available.
For information about creating and managing tokens, see Creating tokens and Managing tokens.
