To use this app's address autocompletion functionality, advanced address verification or email address and mobile phone validation features on your Checkout page, you will need to be on the Shopify Plus plan, which gives merchants access to the full suite of Checkout Extensibility features and components.
If you are on Shopify's Basic, Grow or Advanced plans you can still take advantage of our advanced address verification feature, but only post-checkout when the user reaches the Thank you page. You will need to have upgraded your Thank you and Order status pages. Shopify's upgrade guide provides more details on upgrading if needed.
You will also need access to your Experian API authentication token, which can be obtained from on our Self Service Portal. This guide assumes that you already have access to our Self Service Portal via either a free trial or as a new or existing customer. If you do not have an account yet, please get in touch with your account manager or contact one of our regional sales teams.
The token will need to be associated with the appropriate licensed products depending on whether you intend to utilize Address, Email and/or Phone Validation.
