Address validation is built into the Customer Search screen in both desktop and mobile Xstore experiences. Associates can invoke verification using the Address Lookup (F2) action.
After entering street address and ZIP code, the integration validates and standardizes the address, appends ZIP+4, and confirms changes before writing data back to address fields. If multiple matches are found, selectable options are presented.
The partner guide states that Oracle Retail Xstore version 16 retailers can enable the integration by working with their system integrator and Experian. Experian issues the license key, and the SI team applies required additions to the POS software.
